DESCRIPTION
The Hugo is a 1.6m dining table with a hand-laid parquet top in medium oak veneer, sitting on black powder-coated legs. This listing is the table on its own.
Parquet means the top is laid as a pattern of short blocks rather than one continuous surface, so the grain runs in alternating directions and catches the light differently across the table. It is a detail you normally see on much dearer furniture. The medium oak tone is warm without being orange, which makes it easier to match to existing flooring than a dark stain.
The table measures L160 x W90 x H75cm. Black powder-coated legs keep the base visually light and give a clean contrast against the oak, and the coating stands up to knocks from chairs and feet better than paint. A 90cm depth leaves room for serving dishes down the middle with place settings either side.
Chairs are not included. We stock the Hugo with EZ chairs in tan suede-effect, brown PU and taupe PU if you would rather buy the set together.
