Online purchases

We offer a 30-day returns policy for eligible items purchased through our website. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

 

To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase will also be required.

 

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Due to the size of furniture products, collection and return delivery charges may apply.

 

Purchases made in-store

 

Our 30-day change-of-mind returns policy applies only to eligible online purchases.

 

Items inspected and purchased in one of our stores are not returnable or refundable simply because the customer changes their mind, the item does not fit, or it is unsuitable for their room.

 

Any exchange or credit note offered for a non-faulty in-store purchase is entirely at the discretion of Traynor Furnishings and may be subject to collection, delivery or restocking charges.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for its intended purpose.
